SA-TECH supports a dynamic U.S. Navy Directorate specializing in design, research, development, testing, and evaluation of experimental watercraft for its Department of Defense (DoD), Customs and Border Protection (CBP), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), Department of Energy (DOE), and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) clients. We provide full spectrum Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support of various combatant craft, patrol boats, Special Operations Forces (SOF) platforms, and coastal craft ensuring performance and fleet readiness. Additionally, SA-TECH provides full-scale Government facility support to include operations management, Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), Environmental, Health, Safety, and Hazmat (EHS) program oversight, and administrative, material acquisitions, and financial support.
SA-TECH operators conduct high-speed rough water missions onboard craft ranging from 13-85ft in all sea states and conditions. Mission profiles include craft performance evaluation, range support, personnel training, chase and security, and sensor deployment and recovery. Expert Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) technicians install, repair and troubleshoot diesel engines, gasoline engines, outboard engines, generators, and auxiliary equipment, including pumps, hydraulics, lights, marine electronic suites, prime movers, trailers, and other miscellaneous support equipment. We also conduct emergency waterborne rescue and salvage operations, diving evolutions, and marine surveys.
